How do I return or exchange merchandise?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, at any time, return it with a receipt and we will refund your full purchase price. You can return your purchase to any of our company owned OshKosh B'Gosh Retail Stores located in the United States. If the item was purchased from one of our stores, you will need your receipt in order to get the amount you originally paid. Without a receipt we will issue a store credit in the amount of the current sale price of the merchandise. If the store is unable to assist you, please contact Consumer Affairs at 1-800-692-4674, or send us an e-mail to consumerbgosh@carters.com. After investigation, OshKosh will issue a reimbursement check for any product that is found to have a quality flaw.

How do I check the balance on my OshKosh B'Gosh GiftCard?
OshKosh B'Gosh, Inc. GiftCards look like credit cards, but act like gift certificates. The GiftCard can be redeemed for retail merchandise only at any OshKosh B'Gosh owned and operated retail store in the United States and Puerto Rico. GiftCards carry a balance and can be used until the entire value of the GiftCard has been depleted. GiftCards have no expiration date and value can be added to them at any of our retail store locations. The GiftCard may be redeemed for cash when the balance is $5 or less. OshKosh B'Gosh, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.

You can check the balance of your GiftCard by contacting your local store or Customer Service.

OshKosh B'Gosh does not have a catalog at this time. The company had a mail order business in the past; however, with the retailers who carry OshKosh B'Gosh and the increasing number of company-owned stores, our products are widely available at stores across the U.S.

of my child in your overalls?

We love to hear from our consumers. However, we do not use photos sent to us for advertising or any other purpose. Our ad campaigns feature only current season clothing.

How can I get my child into modeling for OshKosh B'Gosh?
In the U.S., we hire all of our kids through modeling agencies near the locations of our photo shoots, which change from season to season. Contact agencies in your area about representing your child. If you have questions about the business of child modeling, your local library may have some helpful books on the topic.
